Say what you do not know
A small team cannot carry bluffing. “I don't know, here is how I'd find out” is a strong answer.
Write it down
We are remote and asynchronous. Clear writing is how work actually moves here.
Care about being right
We build verification infrastructure. Precision is the product, not a personality trait.
