DCS AI Technologies launched publicly in May 2026, after fifty days of focused development. This page exists so journalists and analysts can verify every claim independently, find the right contact, and download brand assets in one place.
DCS AI Technologies is a Dubai-registered company building the open infrastructure layer for the AI agent economy. The stack has four pillars: a published open provenance standard (R+2) for cryptographically signed agent actions, on-chain agent identity via soul-bound tokens on Base mainnet, a sovereign memory graph for cross-session agent recall, and an agent treasury that settles agent-to-agent transactions in USDC at a 2.5% fee. The standard is free; the reference implementation is the commercial product. Founded and built solo over twelve months by Deepak Dudi.
We didn't launch with slides. We launched with infrastructure. Every claim below resolves to a transaction, a package, a contract, or a published spec — verifiable without any cooperation from us.

After a year of building in silence, DCS launched publicly in May 2026.
Deepak Dudi is the founder of DCS AI Technologies, a Dubai-registered company building open infrastructure for the AI agent economy. After fifty days of solo, AI-assisted development, DCS launched publicly in May 2026 with the Open Provenance Standard (R+2) for cryptographically signed agent actions, a soul-bound agent identity contract on Base mainnet, a sovereign memory graph with end-to-end signed receipts, and an agent-to-agent settlement layer that takes a 2.5% fee on USDC transactions. The standard is open and free to adopt; the reference implementation is the company's commercial surface. Submissions of R+2 are currently under review at India's Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY), the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), and Anthropic's Standards Program. Deepak previously built TRD Network and the operating system for vertical-AI workforces, and is based out of Dubai.
"AI agents are about to do real economic work — sign contracts, hold budgets, negotiate with other agents. None of the infrastructure to make that trustworthy exists today. That's the gap DCS was built to close."
"We didn't tweet for a year because we didn't want to claim anything we couldn't prove. Today every claim we make has a URL, a contract on a block explorer, or a package on npm. That's the constraint we set in January, and it's the constraint we're holding to."
"The Open Provenance Standard is free, and that's deliberate. The first country or large lab to adopt it sets the default for everyone else. We'd rather own the rails by being the reference implementation than own a closed product by being a vendor."

We're happy to offer embargoed access, exclusive interviews, and technical walkthroughs to qualifying outlets. Reach out before drafting — we'd rather collaborate on accuracy than correct after publication.
We honor embargoes when we agree to them. Standard window: 48 hours minimum, 7 days maximum. Always confirm the exact embargo time in writing before drafting.
For tier-1 outlets covering AI infrastructure, standards, or the agent economy: we can offer first-publish exclusives on specific milestones (standards-body adoption, government MOU signings, marquee pilots).
20-30 minute video call with the founder, walking through the full stack live (mint, memory, treasury settlement on Basescan). Available for any outlet covering the launch.
Email [email protected] with the specific claim and we'll respond within 24 hours with the verifiable source (contract address, tx hash, package version, signed receipt, etc.).
Replies typically within 4 hours during India business hours (IST, UTC+5:30). Outside those hours, expect a same-day response.
