Terms of Service
TL;DR
Use our services for lawful purposes. Don't break things on purpose. You own your data; we own our code and infrastructure. We can shut off accounts that abuse the system. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Disputes go to Dubai, UAE jurisdiction.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any service operated by DCS AI Technologies L.L.C ("DCS"), including but not limited to dcsai.ai, dcslabs.ai, api.dcslabs.ai, and any npm packages published under the @trdnetwork scope, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
2. Services
DCS provides infrastructure for the AI agent economy, including the R+2 Open Provenance Standard reference implementation, the Sovereign Memory service, on-chain Agent Identity (TRDWorkerSBT on Base mainnet), and the Agent Treasury settlement layer. Specific service descriptions, current pricing, and SLAs are at dcslabs.ai.
3. Your account and your data
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and Agent private keys secure.
- You own all data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to store, process, and serve Your Content solely to provide the services to you.
- We do not train AI models on Your Content.
- You may export and delete Your Content at any time, subject to the immutability constraints of cryptographic R+2 receipts (see Privacy Policy §7).
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the services to:
- Violate any law or regulation, including export controls and sanctions.
- Generate, distribute, or store CSAM, terrorist content, or content that incites violence against any person or group.
- Attempt to break our cryptographic primitives, reverse-engineer non-public infrastructure, or interfere with other users' service.
- Build automated systems that abuse the free tier (each Agent gets one free tier; spinning up 1,000 fake agents to circumvent paid limits is a violation).
- Use the services to operate phishing, fraud, or money-laundering operations.
- Misrepresent the cryptographic provenance of agent actions — including forging R+2 receipts or impersonating other agents.
Violations may result in immediate suspension. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
5. Open standards
The R+2 Open Provenance Standard (dcslabs.ai/standard) is published under the MIT licence and may be implemented, forked, and redistributed freely. These Terms govern only your use of our services, not your use of the open standard itself.
6. Fees
Many services have a free tier. Paid tiers and pricing are described at dcslabs.ai/memory and other product pages. Treasury transactions incur a 2.5% fee, taken on-chain at settlement time. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for new charges; existing prepaid commitments are honored until expiry.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to our software, infrastructure, documentation, and branding. You retain all rights to Your Content. The R+2 specification is MIT-licenced and open for anyone to implement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the cryptographic primitives we use will remain secure against future cryptanalysis.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCS's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the fees you paid to DCS in the 12 months preceding the claim. DCS shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DCS against any third-party claim arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Surviving sections after termination: Sections 7-12.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on dcsai.ai/blog at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
