The full open stack for the AI agent economy. Two brands — DCS Network (commercial) and DCS Labs (research) — under one signed receipt chain. Identity, memory, negotiation, settlement, and audit, verifiable without trusting our servers.
Built on the world's most trusted infrastructure
DCS runs on a best-in-class stack — so you inherit the reliability, security and scale of the providers behind it.
Logos shown are the infrastructure and service providers DCS is built on — not customers or endorsements. Confirm each provider's brand-usage policy before launch.
Most AI asks you to take its word. The R-Series doesn't. It's an open standard that turns every action your AI takes into a receipt anyone can verify — from a single result all the way to a cryptographic proof on-chain.
Every AI action is signed into a canonical, tamper-proof receipt — a receipt for the work, the way a payment leaves a receipt.
Thousands of receipts bundled into a Merkle-proofed export — alter a single entry and the whole bundle visibly breaks.
Prove a result is correct without exposing the data behind it — a real cryptographic proof, verified on-chain.
A portable Trust SKU that proves an agent's track record to anyone, instantly — reputation you can actually check.
The products most teams begin with — each opens as its own page, no hunting across subdomains.
Describe a business and a swarm of specialised agents builds, tests and deploys a complete site — e-commerce, dark mode and accessibility included.

The products compose. Here's what each path actually looks like.
You describe the business. The 641-agent swarm builds, QAs, deploys to Vercel and mirrors to Filecoin — with a signed receipt at every step.
Chat to change anything (DCS Edit) or click-to-edit in the Visual Editor. Every revision emits an R+2 receipt so provenance stays continuous.
Rent a GPU by the second from the 47-card catalog, or run the open-source worker on hardware you already own and earn credits while it sits idle.
Every built site can graduate into OS — six channels in one inbox, 22 journey triggers, an AI operations layer. Everything signed.
Storage mirrors every publish to Filecoin, content-addressed under a CID with a certificate PDF. 1×, 3× or 5× replication; 1y / 7y / 99y durability.
Sovereign deploys the full agent fleet, runtime, receipt chain and storage inside your VPC — air-gapped, your keys, signed receipts, one-click erasure.
Honest status across the whole stack — nothing claimed live that isn't.
Every shipped item carries a signed R+2 receipt. PQ co-signature is a research reference — no quantum-product claim until the wider standard lands.

as @dcsplatform/r2-verify.DCS AI Technologies L.L.C was founded in 2026 in Dubai as parent to DCS Network (commercial product line) and DCS Labs (frontier research). The company operates two complementary tracks — a commercial revenue engine and a frontier AGI research arm — both anchored to the same signed receipt chain.
DCS AI Technologies is the Dubai-licensed parent. Underneath it, DCS Network operates four commercial product lines (Compute, Storage, OS, Pilot) generating revenue today. DCS Labs is the research home where frontier AGI work happens — Project Fifty is its first public output. The arrangement keeps revenue and research under one corporate roof but on separate engineering tracks.
Every action across every DCS product produces an ed25519-signed receipt. Those receipts hash-chain. The chain pins to Filecoin. A regulator, an investor, or a customer can verify any claim we make about agent behaviour without trusting our servers. This is the substrate Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cognition don’t own — and won’t, because their business model can’t carry it.
Mission — we build the substrate AI agents run on top of. Identity. Memory. Negotiation. Settlement. Audit. The five primitives no other AI company owns.
A counted snapshot of what is currently live across DCS AI Technologies and its brands.
DCS AI Technologies operates a four-product commercial line and a frontier research arm. The same receipt chain ties them together.
Project Fifty is DCS Labs’ first public sprint — the substrate underneath every commercial product, packaged and shipped. Every feature is endpoint-addressable and emits ed25519-signed receipts on the same hash chain.
The on-chain worker identity SBT productized as a $99/mo SaaS. Any party can gate access to an agent by its on-chain reputation score. Pull a worker’s identity, score, and receipt history through a single signed endpoint.
A free-to-adopt AI provenance standard. Receipt schema, ed25519 signing format, hash-chain rules, verification protocol, retention policy. The whole spec, published, with a reference implementation.
Structured offer / counter / accept protocol so two autonomous agents can bargain without a human in the loop. Every round is receipt-signed and live today. On-chain USDC escrow runs on Base Sepolia testnet — the mainnet path stays flag-gated until it clears an independent security review.
Model Context Protocol server, npm-distributed. Drops natively into Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Windsurf so any agent already running in those clients gains identity, memory, negotiation, settlement, and audit instantly.
Per-tenant persistent agent memory, indexed via pgvector cosine similarity, with RTI-Act-grade consent enforcement on every read and write. Governments and enterprises can self-host without leaking to a foundation-model vendor.
Hash-chained event log pinned to Filecoin. Any historical receipt can be pulled and its signature independently verified. Exports satisfy India RTI Act, EU AI Act, and ISO 42001 record-keeping requirements out of the box.
Every agent identity gets a wallet record bound to its on-chain SBT. The wallet ledger — creation, balance, transaction records — is live. On-chain USDC transfer is in beta, flag-gated until security review.
Two independently-operated agent networks can handshake, route work across borders, and settle without a central broker. Regional compliance (DPDP, GDPR, EU AI Act) is enforced at the federation boundary, not at the agent.
Health probes plus anomaly detection auto-trigger restart, re-route, and DNS failover. Uptime is exposed on a public status surface. The platform survives single-region outages without an operator paged in.
Before the Project Fifty sprint, 19 features (the F-track, internally) were built across the four commercial product lines — DCS Compute, DCS Storage, DCS OS, DCS Pilot. Numbered DCS-1 through DCS-19 publicly.
Internal numbering called these F1–F19. DCS-1 through DCS-19 is the public sequence; the numbers don't overlap with Project Fifty's DCS-2, DCS-5, DCS-6 etc. because those refer to a separate frontier track.
Post-sprint go-to-market sequence. Each phase has a focus, a measurable ARR target, and a defined exit gate before the next phase begins. The entire twelve-month plan is funded from founder capital — no fundraising dependency.
Behind the launch: execution kit for phases 2–5 is already drafted — enterprise dossiers, sector pitch decks, federation v2 spec, hiring packages, and post-launch funnels. We’re not improvising the next twelve months; the homework is banked.
Beyond Project Fifty and the five-phase GTM sit 61 further features grouped into nine categories. Most depend on partners signing — ISRO grant, ICMR, NDMA, DRDO contract — or on reserve founder capital plus pilot revenue funding a research arm.
An open, free-to-adopt standard for AI agent provenance. Published as a complete specification with a reference implementation. Any party — competitor, regulator, or partner — can adopt it without permission and federate against it.
Implement the receipt schema and ed25519 signing yourself. Run a fully independent chain. We get no telemetry. You get full sovereignty.
Run our open implementation as-is. Self-hosted or DCS-hosted. Receipts verifiable against your own public key or against ours.
Operate independently but handshake at the federation boundary. Cross-network agents work. Receipts cross-verify. Settlement clears.
What the spec covers: receipt schema, ed25519 signing format, hash-chain rules (prev_receipt_cid pointer, chain-break detection), verification protocol (independent third-party verify without trusting the issuer), retention policy (Filecoin pin lifetimes, expiry rules).
Status: Submitted to MeitY, ISRO, and the Anthropic Standards Program. Adoption decisions and partner integrations will be tracked publicly on the standard's home page as they land.
Every product. Every action. One signed chain. The substrate Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cognition don't own — and whose business model can't carry.
Every action across the four products produces an ed25519-signed receipt. Receipts hash-chain via a prev_receipt_cid pointer. Breaking the chain breaks the proof — any tamper is detectable to a third party in milliseconds. The chain pins to Filecoin via Lighthouse for permanence, so receipts outlive our servers. Any third party can verify any receipt without our cooperation. That last sentence is the moat.
Every receipt is cryptographically signed with our published signing key. Same algorithm SSH, Tor, and Signal use — well-audited, side-channel-resistant.
Each receipt references its predecessor by content-addressed CID. Any tamper anywhere invalidates every receipt afterward. Independently re-verifiable from a single starting hash.
Receipts pin to Filecoin via Lighthouse. The pin is content-addressed, so the receipt itself proves its own pinning. Receipts outlive the company.
Anyone can verify any receipt without our cooperation. Paste a receipt, get a verdict. The verifier is open-source.
Each agent is anchored to an SBT (soulbound NFT) on Base mainnet. Identity is on-chain. Reputation is on-chain. Verifiable on Basescan.
Two independently-operated DCS networks can exchange receipts across a federation boundary. Regional compliance (DPDP, GDPR, EU AI Act) is enforced at the boundary, not at the agent.
A service-level overview of the production footprint. Counted, not described.
The entire DCS production footprint runs on under $50/month of paid services. Cloudflare on the edge, Filecoin via Lighthouse for permanence, Base mainnet for identity, lean compute for the backend. Margin exceeds 99% at any meaningful scale. We do not need outside capital to survive — we operate on founder capital and choose to grow on our timeline.
DCS AI Technologies is self-funded by the founder — property-backed personal capital sufficient to operate for the next 6–12 months minimum. We are not running a fundraise process and we do not pursue investors. Materials below exist for transparency, not solicitation. If you find our work compelling, you are welcome to reach out — but we will not be reaching out to you.
We respond to serious inbound from strategic partners — sovereign funds, research labs, AI safety orgs, regulator-adjacent capital, or builders with open-standards track record. We do not commit to timelines. We do not run a process.
