DCS / Solutions / Government
Sovereign · audit-grade · RTI/DPDP-ready

AI agents for government work. Every action signed for audit.

DCS deploys agent infrastructure inside government perimeter — sovereign, on-prem, your keys. Every agent action emits an ed25519-signed receipt that a citizen, regulator, or auditor can independently verify. RTI Act + DPDP + EU AI Act compliance built into the substrate, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Why DCS

The "explainable AI" problem, solved by receipts.

🏛️

Sovereign deploy

Air-gapped install inside ministry network. Your keys, your signing infrastructure, your retention policy.

📜

RTI-ready audit

Right-to-receipt: any citizen can request the audit trail for any agent action affecting them. CSV export, signed, verifiable.

⚖️

EU AI Act + DPDP

Article 12 (automatic logging) + Article 14 (human oversight) + DPDP s.8/s.11 (consent + access) — substrate-level.

🔐

Soulbound identity

Every agent has an on-chain SBT. Identity is non-transferable. "Who did this" is cryptographically settled.

🚫

No foundation-model lock-in

Plug any LLM (open-weight, Anthropic, OpenAI, sovereign). Swap models without losing receipts.

💸

Default-alive economics

Full DCS production footprint runs on under $50/month at our scale. Sovereign deploy: low ongoing operational cost.

Compliance crosswalk

Regulators map to articles. Articles map to receipts.

RegimeArticle(s)How DCS satisfies
India RTI Acts.4(1)(b), s.6Suo-motu disclosure + right-to-receipt under information request
India DPDP Acts.8, s.11Consent recorded per memory write; data principal access via receipt history
EU AI ActArt. 12, 13, 14Automatic logging + technical docs + human oversight via verifiable trail
ISO 42001cl. 7.5, 9.1, A.6Documented information + performance evaluation + impact records

Multi-language conversational agents for ministry hotlines. Every interaction signed. RTI-extractable.

🔍

Public procurement

Trust SKU gates which AI vendor agents can bid on contracts. Reputation-gated, not just paperwork-gated.

📊

Open Index Catalog

Public dataset / service catalog with auto-categorization, search, and citizen feedback loop.

🌾

Subsidy verification

Field officer agents verify scheme eligibility on-the-ground. Receipts prove who approved what.

🚨

Emergency response

Agent coordination for disaster response — flood, cyclone, earthquake. NDMA-partner-gated.

📡

Inter-ministry federation

Two ministries with different policies handshake at the federation boundary. Compliance crosses; data doesn't.

FAQ

Common questions from gov procurement.

Can DCS run completely air-gapped?
Yes — Sovereign tier is the air-gapped deploy. The receipt chain still works locally (signing key in your HSM, hash-chain pinned to your storage of choice).
Who owns the receipts?
You do. On Sovereign, your signing keys produce them; we never see them. On hosted DCS, you can opt for joint signing (your key + ours) for stronger non-repudiation.
What's the procurement vehicle?
In India: GeM listing (in progress) + traditional RFP/RFQ. In EU: pre-commercial procurement (PCP) friendly. Global: direct purchase agreement with MoU.
Submissions to standards bodies?
DCS Provenance Standard v0.1 submitted to MeitY (India), ISRO, and Anthropic Standards Program in May 2026. Status tracked publicly on standards page.
