Will agents make clinical decisions?

No — agents suggest. Clinicians decide. Every suggestion is signed so the decision audit is complete. EU AI Act Article 14 (human oversight) is enforced at the workflow layer.

How does patient consent work technically?

Consent record is a signed primitive in the data layer. Memory writes require an active consent token. Token has scope + expiry + revocation. Every read/write event references the consent CID.

Can we integrate with our EMR?

Yes — DCS Connectors can wrap any FHIR / HL7 endpoint. Read-only by default; writes require explicit grant. Receipts cross-reference EMR record IDs.
