Which channels does it support?
WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Telegram, SMS and Email are live today. Voice is rolling out — inbound calls understood by AI and handed to WhatsApp with context attached. All six feed into one unified inbox.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
For the WhatsApp channel, yes — OS connects through the Meta Cloud API directly, no reseller in between. The other channels each have a quick setup; Telegram is free to connect.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The Free tier gives you one AI-built site with Filecoin permanence. WhatsApp and the journey engine unlock on Pro at $49 / mo — you only move up a tier when the business does.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — a custom domain is included from the Hobby tier upward. The Free tier runs on a dcsai.app subdomain.
Does it work in my language?
The unified inbox auto-translates across ten languages — Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Tagalog, Bahasa, Mandarin, Tamil and Bengali. You and your customer can each write in your own.
What's the difference between Pro and Business OS?
Pro is for a single location — WhatsApp, Telegram and basic journeys. Business OS is the full operations desk: unified inbox, POS, voice handoff, memory RAG and all 22 journey triggers. It typically replaces 3-5 SaaS subscriptions.
Can it integrate with my POS?
POS integration is shipping next. Receipts, customers and inventory flow straight into OS so a booking matches a real check and the loyalty tier updates automatically.
Is my data permanent?
Every OS action is signed and chained to a Filecoin-backed record. The chain is a tamper-evident log — verifiable from anywhere, surviving long after any single vendor.
